Ingredients
4 cups seedless grapes (red and green)
2 cups prosecco
1 cup granulated sugar
Directions
  1. Destem the grapes, and rinse in a colander. Transfer to a shallow bowl. Add the prosecco to completely cover the grapes in liquid. Cover the bowl. Place in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Pour the sugar in a shallow bowl. Drain the grapes, but don’t dry them. Place a handful at a time in the sugar. Roll to fully coat the grapes. Chill in the fridge or freezer for 2 hours before using.

    Note: You can add a little extra kick by adding 1/4 cup of vodka to the prosecco.
